Yes. ReflowAI is based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and we work with organisations across the UK. Most of the work runs remotely over video calls and shared documents, so where you are does not change how the engagement works.
How is this different from buying AI tools?
Buying licences first is how many businesses end up with tools nobody uses. We start with the process: what the work is, who does it and where it gets stuck. Then we recommend tools to fit, based on your workflows, budget and the systems you already have. Sometimes that is Microsoft Copilot, sometimes simple automation, and sometimes the answer is that AI is not the right fix. We are tool-agnostic and do not sell licences.
What about data protection and UK GDPR?
If an AI tool touches personal data, UK GDPR applies, so we treat data protection as part of the plan rather than an afterthought. For each opportunity we note what data it would use, whether a data protection impact assessment is likely to be needed, and where a person must stay in the loop. The ICO guidance on AI and data protection is a sensible starting point. We are not lawyers, so for legal advice please speak to your data protection officer or adviser.
